When planning your office layout and establishing a design plan for a commercial space, be sure to take into account the value of "Company Culture" and the "Mission Statement", the elements that both define and drive your team to success. When designing this office reception area, we recognized that this space is the first and last thing any owner, partner or employee experiences when coming and leaving work. While the mood, energy, and aesthetics are important, the "Who", "What" and "Why" of everything you do can inspire, encourage and motivate you to perform, overcome, and succeed. That's why we made sure to include this element into our design plan. The lighting in the image above was situated in a way that would emphasize these elements which our client felt would represent both culture and mission.
